Directions
- Adjust oven rack to middle position, and preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Follow ramen cooking instructions, reserving the seasoning packets. Cook ramen noodles until just tender, and drain.
- Melt butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add ham and green onions, and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Whisk eggs and 1 packet of the ramen seasonings in a medium bowl; stir in cooked noodles. Shake skillet to evenly distribute ham and green onions; add egg mixture, and sprinkle top with cheese.
- Transfer skillet to preheated oven, and bake until eggs are set and cheese melts, about 6 to 8 minutes. Cut into quarters to serve.

"I made this recipe with a little more ham than called for and used regular onions instead of green onions. The time to set the egg was significantly longer than the time listed on the recipe and it wa..." See mores hard to tell when the egg was fully set. However, my 14 and 12 year old kids loved this dish!! We had it for lunch but my daughter thought it would be a great breakfast meal. They both gave it 5 stars. My husband and I weren't quite as fond of it but thought it was pretty good. We each gave it a 3, so we averaged it out to 4 stars overall. My son said to rate it as "EXCELLENT!""
