  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine Make Ahead Cookie Mix with white sugar, butter, vanilla, and egg.
  3. Shape dough into balls. Dip into an egg white. Roll dough in chopped nuts. Press deep hole into center of each ball. Fill hole with 1/4 teaspoon jam. Bake 11-16 minutes.

followed the ingredients exactly as is, and these came out perfectly. I did need a little bit more of the nuts. I made two batches and the first one I used my hand mixer to blend the ingredients...

These cookies are tasty and look nice also. I also used more nuts than the recipe called for and chopped them finely in my food processor. Nice for Christmas.
