  1. Combine the tequila, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic in a blender; blend until smooth. Place the steak on a plate; pour marinade over the steak. Place in refrigerator at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
  3. Grill steak to desired degree of doneness, 7 to 8 minutes per side for medium.

Very spicy. VERY spicy and I halved the cayenne. I also added in cilantro to try to get more flavor and it just wasn't very flavorful. Just very spicy. I marinated for the full 8 hours too.

Marinade gives the steak a very interesting and good taste.

Good marinade - I didn't use the cayenne pepper. I added in onion powder and hot chili powder. Definitely marinate overnight.

This was o.k. but nothing special.

This recipe has potential but needs to have more than just cayenne and garlic for seasonings. I'll play around w/ the recipe tweaking it to my taste.
