  1. Combine Broccoflower(R), cranberries, onion and half of the almonds in serving dish. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Season with pepper and sprinkle with remaining almonds. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Creamy Dressing: Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp rice vinegar and 1 Tbsp sugar in a small bowl.

This is a great salad! Using a red onion makes it even prettier.

This was a very tasty and different recipe. I used regular Broccoli and let the ingredients stand in the fridge for a few hours to bring the flavors together. Easy to put together in a hurry and...
