White Chocolate Chunk Pecan Cookies

White Chocolate Chunk Pecan Cookies

Chantal Rogers

Soft, smooth white chocolate with a hint of pecan....a very yummy cookie. Chop the white chocolate as course or as fine as you like.

  2. Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder; combine these ingredients with the creamed mixture. Add chopped white chocolate and nuts.

What a Dish!

Very good! I loved the flavor of the pecans and white chocolate together. I cut up part of a big chunk of Ghiradeli white chocolate. I used a bit more than called was delish! I used my Pampered Chef cookie scoop...and only got 20 cookies. So good though! Almost a shortbread type taste. Love it!

I thought the flavor of these was really good, but they are very fragile and break easily when trying to remove them from the sheet. My husband loved the flavor but was a little frustrated with how easily they fell in his milk.

These are amazing cookies. I have added about 1/4 cup more of the white chocolate chips and about the same amount more of flour as well. I can't get enough!! A must try!!
