Directions

  1. Remove any skin and bones from the mackerel, and place into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until no large pieces remain. Add the cream cheese, butter, and lemon juice; process until smooth. Place into a small serving bowl, and refrigerate until firmed, about 2 hours.
