Directions

  1. Mix the butter and the confectioners' sugar until smooth. Stir in the chopped nuts, raisins, cocoa, coconut and bourbon. Refrigerate mixture until firm, about 1 hour.
  2. Shape mixture into small balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles to coat. Work fast, as they can melt in your hands. Chill on a wax paper lined tray. Keep balls refrigerated in a covered container.
  3. All done! Now take a photo, rate it, and share your accomplishments!

Very good! Very nice twist on a classic. I dipped them in chocolate instead of sprinkles and added 1 more tbsp of bourbon. If anyone knows a bourbon ball recipe without nuts, please send to me! My father is allergic to nuts and would like to make some he can eat.
