Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the peanut butter, white sugar and egg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 6 to 8 minutes. Do not overbake! These cookies are best when they are still soft and just barely brown on the bottoms.

I read the reviews for this recipe before I made them. I figured with so little ingredients try them and if they aren't good I am not out too much. I rolled them into large walnut shaped balls...

this is a very tasty cookie! i've made a change when i bake it, though. try adding 1 tsp of baking soda. this makes it a little lighter.
