Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix the cake mix, egg and whipped topping together. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended (batter will be sticky).
  3. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into the confectioners' sugar and roll to coat. Place cookies onto ungreased baking sheets and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

i made these 3 times this month!! everyone loved em. use 1 1/4 cup whipped topping instead and they wont stick, the texture will be way better, and they will have pretty little crinkles on top!

These were so easy and SOOOO delicious!!! The dough, like stated, is VERY sticky!! Make little balls because they blwo up and "crackle" on the cookie sheets. MMmmmmmm....... thanks for this rec...
