2 tablespoons evaporated milk
4 drops red food coloring

Directions

Use one recipe for each color.
In a small bowl, stir the food coloring into the evaporated milk. Paint onto cookies with a paintbrush before baking.

"Well, I tried this recipe and we found it to be, I'm sorry, very tasteless. Also, it's thin and runs off the cookie as it has nothing to hold it together. Like a base.
