  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Melt butter in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish.
  2. Blend together flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk.
  3. Pour batter in baking dish over the butter. Sprinkle fruit on top of the batter, do not stir. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.

You certainly don't need to know your way around the kitchen for this one... but don't be put off by the simplicity of the recipe, either; it's really good! I used half light brown sugar in mine...

I love this recipe. It is so easy. I made it with frozen mixed berries and this turned out wonderful as well. It is great with ice cream!
