  1. In a small sauce pan, combine the tomato sauce, celery, green pepper, onion, carrots, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
  2. Spoon vegetable mixture into a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Place fish filets over vegetables and spoon some of the sauce over the fish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for about 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Garnish with lemon twists and chopped celery.

I would've given this 5 stars except I modified it to suit my dietary needs. I don't eat processed foods so I did not use tomato sauce or Worcestershire. Instead I pureed two medium tomatoes to ...

I have made this recipe several times on several occasions. I've added different vegetables and it always turns out great!! A definite keeper.

This is also excellent if you use extra firm tofu instead of fish for a vegitarian dish.
