Directions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Stir in the garlic, green onions, and carrots; cook for 2 minutes. Add snow peas; cook for 2 more minutes.
- Stir in the cooked rice, a cup at a time, coating well with the grease. Cook and stir until the rice is hot, then sprinkle with soy sauce.

A few tips though: before you cook your rice, wash it a few time to get the extra starch off, this will also help it from becoming mushy. The best thing is to use leftover rice you've cooked the night before. IT TRULY TAKES THE TASTE TO ANOTHER LEVEL, TRUST ME!!!
