Directions
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir-fry onions, mushrooms, and green pepper until soft but not brown.
- Add tomatoes, stock, pepperoni ,and basil. Cook until heated through.
- Sprinkle cheese over each bowl, and broil to melt.
