  1. In a medium sized saute pan, brown ground beef and then drain fat.
  2. In a medium sauce pan combine browned beef, sloppy joe mix, corn, chili beans and mushrooms. Stir, heat through, and then serve.

Yummy, perfect with corn bread. The only thing I did different was add half a chopped onion, and I use Manwich Bold sauce. Very easy to throw together in a hurry, and you can't really mess it up.
