Directions

  1. Boil or steam broccoli until very soft.
  2. In a large bowl, mash broccoli with avocado. Mix in onions, garlic, lime juice, hot pepper sauce, and cilantro until mixture resembles the consistency of mashed potatoes. Season to taste with salt.

Surprisingly excellent - tastes very much like Guacamole minus the calories! I would use less garlic next time an dadd cayenne pepper to spice it up.

Serve chilled. Not bad, but I like guacamole better. I'd make it again though.
