Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place the pizza crust on a large cookie tray or pizza pan. Brush the crust evenly with olive oil. Spread tomato sauce over it with a spatula or back of a spoon. Sprinkle vegetables evenly over the sauce, and top with cheese.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese has melted and is bubbly. Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes before cutting.

"This pizza is the bomb! Went by the recipe, but used my own dough and sauce, red onion instead of white and added sliced Roma tomatoes. "This wss absolutely wonderful, and we are not vegetarians. I increased the onion and bell pepper to about 2/3 cup of each (some of the bell pepper was red). I always wait to add the mozzarella cheese until the veggies are hot. Otherwise, the cheese topping is melted and brown before the pizza is heated through. Magnifico!!! Will make this very often when we feel like a meatless meal."
