Directions
- Break saltines in a bowl, add tomatoes, onion, green bell pepper, cheddar cheese and moisten with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving.

Right before I ..." See moreserve it, I mix all those ingredients with a cup and a half of mayonnaise. This is one of my husband's favorite side dishes, especially with grilled chicken or grilled pork tenderloin. Does not keep- too soggy!"
