Original recipe yields 4 to 6 servings
- Break saltines in a bowl, add tomatoes, onion, green bell pepper, cheddar cheese and moisten with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving.

This is one of my husband's favorite side dishes, especially with grilled chicken or grilled pork tenderloin. Does not keep- too soggy!"
