  1. Thinly slice the tomatoes. Cut the onion in half through root end, then thinly slice into half-circles. Been making something like this for years adding either fresh oregano or basil. I did cut back a little on both the Splenda® and the oil. This little salad goes with just about everything. I think it's equally good chilled.
