Original recipe yields 6 servings

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the tomatoes. Cut the onion in half through root end, then thinly slice into half-circles. In a large bowl, toss together tomatoes, onion, SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. You may adjust the amounts of vinegar and sweetener according to your taste. Serve at room temperature.

Been making something like this for years adding either fresh oregano or basil. I did cut back a little on both the Splenda® and the oil. This little salad goes with just about everything. I think it's equally good chilled.
