  1. Bring medium pot of water to boil. Add peaches and blanch for 30 seconds. Drain and transfer to medium bowl. Cover with cold water and cool. Drain, peel and slice.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine peaches, blackberries, strawberries, honey and cardamom. Toss together and refrigerate.

The spices in this dish are wonderful. Any left overs work great on icecream. Our family rates this "Make again soon!".

I liked this a lot! I changed the fruit a bit using peaches, raspberries and bananas. Yummmm!

Wow. I'm not particularly into peaches - I can take them or leave them, but I do like berries a lot. I'm not all that fond of honey either, and I didn't even know what cardamom was - just a name...
