  1. In a salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, onion and olives.
  2. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Let sit for 1 hour, occasionally stirring to blend flavors.
  3. Pour dressing over salad, add feta cheese and toss before serving.

You have got to try this salad it is sooooo good. I was paying alot of money for this from the local supermarket deli. I was so happy when I found the recipe. Gave some to my friends one didn...

My husband and I both loved this salad. I added a little more lemon juice and garlic to the dressing, but just because that's our taste. Thanks for a GREAT recipe!!

It is really good.I perfer to use the plain feta cheese instead of the flavoured one. It is best to make the night before or at least a few hours, inorder for the salad to have a better flavour...
