  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Unroll and separate dough into 8 triangles; place on a lightly floured surface. Using 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lightly brush the top of each dough triangle. Place one piece of provolone cheese, Swiss cheese and mozzarella cheese on the wide end of each triangle. Put one piece of asparagus on top of the cheese. Roll each dough triangle around the cheese and asparagus toward the point and press to secure. Arrange on a baking sheet at least 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until lightly brown, 13 to 18 minutes. Remove from the baking sheet to cool on wire racks. If desired, drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Really good and simple. I wasn't sure these would have much flavor but the combination of cheeses is so yums. Everyone loved these.

I served this last year at a Christmas gathering, and it was a HIT! I even got requests early this season to bring it again! THANK YOU!---2008 quadrupled the recipe and still very popular. Thank...

I put 2 asparagus tips in each roll-up. However, after piling on 3 slices of cheese, much of it melted onto the cookie sheet. Next time, I will use smaller slices of cheese. Other than the as...

AMAZING! These were inhaled, fought over, and bargained for by me, my husband, and daughter when only 2 remained left. We dipped in melted butter with lemon pepper and garlic.

I don't know if I should rate this recipe or not, since I added baby bellas and green onions chopped finely, with the olive oil and italian seasoning, placed a 1 tsp on crescent, then cheeses, s...
