Directions
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir until onion is tender.
- Add meat to the pot, and brown evenly.
- Stir in tomato sauce and white wine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.

"Deeeelish! I altered the recipe a bit: Add (1) bay leaf, 1/2 C. chicken stock,(2) carrots, (2) celery, (2) potatoes, dash of oregano, and 1/2 canelli beans (optional). Words of advice: Sautee onion..." See mores, carrots, celery, and garlic together. And add the potatoes and the beans in the last 1/2 hour so they don't get too mushy.
