  1. PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees F. Cook ground beef, bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat until ground beef is evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain; return meat mixture to skillet. Add VELVEETA; cook until completely melted, stirring frequently. Cool 10 min.
  2. UNROLL pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press into 15x8-inch rectangle. Top evenly with meat mixture. Roll up dough, starting at one of the long sides. Rearrange, if necessary, so roll is seam-side down on baking sheet.
  3. BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown. Cut diagonally into six slices to serve.

This is a good, easy, and kid-approved dinner. The first time I made this, I prepared it just as the recipe states, but the bacon was soggy and it kind of grossed me out. So the next time I made it, I cooked the bacon first, then drained out all grease but about a 1/2 tablespoon, and then sauteed my onion and beef. The bacon was crispy and the meat had a great bacon flavor. The great thing about this recipe is that you can try so many flavors - taco meat with mexican-blend cheese; hamburger, diced pepperoni, mozzerella and pizza sauce; chicken, garlic, basil, mushrooms, diced tomatoes and cheese . . .whatever!

This is a no brainer! Very quick and easy to make. I made it without the bacon, added salt and pepper to taste and a can of Campbell's chedder cheese instead of velveeta. It was a hit!
