  1. Pour milk and eggnog into a steaming pitcher and heat to between 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F (65 to 70 degrees C) using the steaming wand. Brew the shot of espresso, then add to mug. Pour the steamed milk and eggnog into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Spoon foam over the top. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of the foam.

I'm sitting here with the flu, freezing and have a 101 temp. I saw this and thought I really want that... so I made it. I added a teaspoon of vanilla and a tiny bit of Tia Maria (like Kahlua but better ha ha) - let me tell you this is a royal treat. I feel better already and I haven't finished it yet!

I found eggnog at Walmart! So I decided to try this recipe out! It turned out really well!

I used the "Eggnog from Scratch" recipe on this sight for the Eggnog, and used more like a 1 1/2 cups of Eggnog for a more eggnog flavor. Was great, and for the espresso, I used 3 Tablespoon Dunkin Donuts reg. with 1/2 cup water to brew, very nice... Loved it...
