  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together the cola and ketchup. Pour over chops and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour, or until pork is cooked through and internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

AWESOME!! Having a few guests, I used 2 pkgs of chops(10 chops), but each pkg barely weighed a lb...thus they were very thin chops. I used 4 heaping TBLS of brown sugar, added some minced garlic...

To say I was skeptical would be an understatement. These turned out really good. Only thing I would recommend is cook for 45-50 minutes instead of a full hour. Will definitely make these again.
