  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in the Swiss cheese. Transfer to small ovenproof glass bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 of the almonds on top.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes. Stir, and bake for an additional 8 minutes. Sprinkle remaining almonds on top, and serve.

I made this for a baby shower,and it was a Hit! It is so easy and can be made the night before and then heated when needed. For a party, make a double batch. Great with crackers or toasted baq...

This spread was a hit at the holiday gathering. It stayed fairly creamy, even as it cooled, and did not separate. I thought my swiss cheese was not very flavorful, so I added a dash of seasone...

Made this for Thanksgiving...was wonderful. I could have easily eaten the whole bowl for dinner...:)
