“This is my take on honey-mustard salad dressing. My husband gives it 5 stars so I thought I would share it with you. Note that I use sweet onion (Walla Walla sweets), but regular onions will do. You can also experiment with amounts to find the taste that suits your palate.” - by JJOYB53

Directions

  1. Place the onion, parsley, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, honey, salt, pepper, and lime zest in the bowl of a small food processor or blender. Process until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately, or place in a covered container and refrigerate until needed.
