Directions
- Place bacon into a skillet over medium heat, and cook until crisp. Remove, and drain on paper towels. Drain bacon grease from skillet. Add maple turkey to the skillet, and cook briefly, just long enough to heat through.
- Butter both sides of the bread. Layer one slice with two slices of the Swiss cheese, then layer with the maple turkey, and the bacon. Drizzle with honey mustard, and top with remaining two slices of Swiss cheese. Top with remaining bread slice, and cut sandwich in half. Return sandwich halves to the skillet, and cook over medium heat, turning once, until cheese begins to melt, 4 to 5 minutes.

"There were pretty darned good. I wanted to make these to take a photo but could not find Raisin Black Bread so I made Steak House Black Bread (this site) in order to make these. Good flavors but way..." See more too much meat and cheese for one sandwich. (could use some red onion too) I started think I would do these in my cast iron skillet - then realized there was no way I was going to be able to flip them over so I turned off the skillet and broke out the Panini maker - that worked much better. This recipe only had one other review from 2008 - 4 years later it has a face and is worthy of making again. Thanks!"
