  1. Prepare tartar sauce by stirring together mayonnaise, relish, hot sauce, garlic, and lime juice in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare chicken burgers by mixing together green pepper, red pepper, cilantro, onion, garlic, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix in chicken using your hands until well blended, then sprinkle on bread crumbs, and continue mixing until incorporated. Divide the meat into 8 portions, and flatten to make patties.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate.
  4. Cook patties on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. Assemble burgers by spreading the cut sides of the hamburger buns with tartar sauce, adding a chicken patty, and topping with a piece of lettuce. Voila! You have a tasty Chicken Tartar Burger.

Didn't like this recipe at all. Maybe I just couldn't get past the ground chicken though. Will not make again.

This was awesome! My husband put some heavily oiled aluminum foil on the grill so that they wouldn't fall through the grates. We couldn't believe how wonderful this dish was. so easy and so gour...

These were great even without the sauce. I will use this alot!!

Very good weeknight dinner. I just used jarred tartar sauce. Very yummy.

I really liked this recipe. My kids are super picky about vegetables, so I put everything in my chopper to make it extra fine. I liked the texture of the finer chop. Will make again.
