  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Pour the olive oil into an ovenproof pan. Stir the garlic, cumin, and cayenne pepper into the olive oil and mix well. Add the garbanzo beans and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until garbanzo beans turn golden, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with feta cheese and thyme. Serve warm.

This is 5 stars if you let the beans bake til hard and crunchy! This will take over an hour. Check them every 20 minutes and shake the tray to let them dry evenly. I seasoned mine to suit my own...

Very good, make sure to use plenty of salt and cook UNTIL CRISPY, baking time is too short on recipe....also let cool and they will be even more crispier, kids loved it too :0)

good but not wow... these beans have no flavor naturally so to make them tasty is no small feat. will do again but with much more seasonings. don't be scared to be heavy handed

I didn't bake this in the oven due to lack of time. I made it on top of the stove using the same ingredients except for the olive oil and the roasted garlic. I used dried minced garlic instead...
