Original recipe yields 9 crepes
- Thaw escalloped apples in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 6 to 7 minutes.
- With a mixer, on medium speed, beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread 1 tablespoon mixture down center of each Crepe; top with about 2 tablespoons escalloped apples. Roll up, and place, seam side down, in a serving dish.
- Stir cinnamon into remaining cream cheese mixture; dollop over filled Crepes, and sprinkle with pecans.
