Directions

  1. Mix rub ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. Coat fish with flour. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Place fish in skillet. Cook on one side for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn and brush on the garlic rub. Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Remove fish from skillet and squeeze lime juice over all. Serve immediately.

this is delicious! a tasty and easy fish recipe. i didn't have chipotle chili spice so i used chili powder. i also eliminated the salt and it wasn't missed. i'll make this again.

Very simple, fast and delicious! My picky fiance even helped himself to seconds. I didn't have any Chipotle seasoning around, so I substituted chili powder instead. I also added a little more lime than usual, and served it with a side of pico de gallo.
