Original recipe yields 2 pies, 8 servings per pie
Directions
- Stir together the strawberry preserves, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and strawberries in a medium mixing bowl until well blended. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon filling into the two prepared pie crusts. Freeze for six hours or overnight, until filling is firm. Remove from freezer and allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes. Top slices with additional whipped topping, if desired.

I added an 8 ounce brick of softened cream cheese to the condensed milk and blended them with a hand mixer. I also used my own homemade strawberry jam. Whatever you decide to use in yours this recipe is awesome, and so easy. Make the night before and you are good to go. I think it would be amazing with blueberries and jam, too."
