  1. Place water, wine, thyme, black pepper, carrot, celery and onion in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  2. Add soup and heat to a boil.
  3. Add fish. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.

Great recipe! Easy to make and tasted good. I used frozen cod and i took about 25 minutes to cook though! So if you are using frozen fish I'd suggest defrosting it first.
