“This is a different type of coleslaw made with lots of bacon! My husband and I went up to the northern shore of Lake Superior to get away for a few days. He was grilling. I was making some side dishes. We really wanted a salad, so I made this with the ingredients we had. We both loved it! Sometimes I use white vinegar, but my husband prefers the red wine vinegar.”

For as easy as this is, it can't really get any better. Thanks! :)

The coleslaw mix makes this so simple to prepare - very good

This is the best cole slaw I've ever eaten!! I did change it just a tad though... I used vegan grapeseed oil (veganaise) instead of mayonaise, and I cut the amount of sweetening in half, replacing the sugar with local honey. I then blended all in a food processor. INCREDIBLE!! I gave 4 stars because of the changes.
