My mom makes these for Christmas every year. The holiday isn't complete without them! Kids can make them too since there is no baking involved.

Based on a 2,000 calorie diet

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar and pecans. Make a well in the center and pour in the orange juice concentrate, corn syrup and melted butter. Mix well by hand until dough forms. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll the balls in confectioners' sugar. Store at room temperature in an airtight container. Put a sheet of waxed paper between layers to prevent sticking.

Though tastey, the cookies need some spice.

These have the most original taste of anything I have ever made! I did put the "dough" in the fridge for 1/2 hr before I made it into balls. Kept my hands coated with 10x sugar while I rolled them. I also double coated with 10x sugar.
