Original recipe yields 24 servings

Directions

  1. Microwave 4 of the chocolate squares, 6 Tbsp. of the butter and water in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted; stir. Add dry pudding mix; stir until well blended.
  2. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring until well blended after each addition. Press into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
  3. Microwave remaining 4 chocolate squares and 2 Tbsp. butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spread over pudding mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 48 (1-inch) squares.

Yum! I didn't have chocolate chips or chocolate pudding. SO I used what I had, banana pudding and white chocolate chips. This combo was very good. You could combine diffent compatible flavor chips and pudding and create your own delishes creation.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting great results from this recipe but I wanted to try it out of curiousity. One bite and I realized how wrong I was. This is delicious and has the exact consistancy of regular fudge. I used chococlate fudge pudding, replaced the water with milk, omitted the powdered sugar all together, and used a whisk instead of a spoon to get rid of any lumps. Can't wait to try it with white chocolate!
