Directions

  1. Whisk together the peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, cilantro and cayenne pepper, in a large bowl until well blended. Add the ground meat and mix well.
  2. Form into 4 patties. Grill, broil or pan fry.

very tasty--love the texture of the peanuts in the burger...great twist to a Satay dish....very easy to make...would like to try out doing mini burgers and dipping it in peanut sauce for an appe...

Husband liked them more than I did. The flavors work well together but I wasn't a fan of the texture - I might try making them with smooth pb next time. Ok for a change but not something I'd wan...
