Original recipe yields 2 to 4 servings
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Arrange chicken skin side up in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with garlic salt to taste. Then sprinkle with brown sugar and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. If chicken appears to be browning too much and getting dry, cover with foil for the last 15 to 20 minutes of baking.

Will definitely make again - very flavorful and ..." See moretender! I didn't really follow the ingredient amounts, I just coated each breast liberally with brown sugar and garlic powder/salt. I did add some butter too. Will cover 1/2 way through next time though to get the tops as tender as the bottoms though. Awesome!"
