Original recipe yields 14 cups
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine dry milk, non-dairy creamer, confectioners' sugar, and instant chocolate drink mix. Mix well. Put in a large airtight container. Label and store in a cool dry place. Best if used within 6 months.
- To make Hot Chocolate, add 3 tablespoons mix to 1 cup of hot water, and stir well. Add mini marshmallows if desired.

There was no problem dissolving it, but to make it look "prettier" if you are giving it as a gift, I would send it thru the food processor or blender to get rid of the powdered milk lumps. "

It tastes the best with 4 tablespoons instead of three, so I'll be sure to suggest that when I give it to people. Other than that, it tastes as if I had made up a pot of hot chocolate from scratch! Much better than store bought."
