“When my doctor said that I needed to eat more vegetables, I decided to make a recipe that was good and had vegetables. I knew that fudge was one of my favorite things to eat and that corn was a vegetable that did not have a lot of flavor. So I mixed those two things together and it was delicious. I could not even tell that I was eating vegetables!”

Adding corn (which is a grain FYI) to fudge does not make it healthy. Your doctor likely told you to eat more vegetables to improve your diet, smothering them in chocolate is not the solution.

No no no. Oh this was bad. Sorry, but corn does not belong in fudge. I have heard of "hiding" spinach in brownies, if you are looking to sneak some veggies in your diet that might be worth trying, but this recipe IS NOT
