Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, saute onion in butter over a medium-low heat until the onion is tender. Add white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and dried beef into the skillet. Stir continuously until all of the ingredients are melted together. Pour the mixture into an 8 inch baking dish and top with the pecans.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. All done! Now take a photo, rate it, and share your accomplishments!

This is a great recipe we have a 3-400 people party every year and the ladies who help if I don't have this ready for them they get very upset I do times this recipe about 3times or it is just not enough

I've made this several times for guests and it's a big hit. I double the beef to give it more density and serve with slices of baguette.

This needed more of something, so I added 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, then put into a baking dish and topped with 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese then the pecans.
