2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jiggers amaretto liqueur
1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons heavy cream

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and pour in the amaretto, grenadine syrup, chocolate syrup, and heavy cream. Shake well, and strain into shot glasses.

See moree were just too deliciously sweet and pretty to serve in mere shot glasses so I thought they deserved an elegant glass (especially for a fancy, romantic dinner), and served them in crystal cordial glasses. Hmmmm, maybe they should be called Chocolate Covered Cherry Cordials?"
