I found that 2 lbs. of crabmeat was too much for just 4 people, and so I cut the recipe in half served it on a bed of lettuce for 8 as an appetizer. I also added the juice of 1/2 a lemon, which ...

Excellent - make a day ahead of time and let the flavors blend.

Tasty & Easy, I left out half of the sugar though, and it tasted good!
