  1. In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, celery, mayonnaise, celery seed, paprika, sugar, pepper, seafood seasoning and parsley. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.

I found that 2 lbs. of crabmeat was too much for just 4 people, and so I cut the recipe in half served it on a bed of lettuce for 8 as an appetizer. I also added the juice of 1/2 a lemon, which was probably about 1-1/2 tbs. It was very yummy and got rave reviews from my guests.

Tasty & Easy, I left out half of the sugar though, and it tasted good!
