  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat and add the soup, beans and tomatoes and green chilies. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Excellent! I reduced the beef and this time also added a bunch of chopped fresh green beans for veggies and to stretch it, and it was an amazing combo. Oh, and I also use regular canned minestro...
