Original recipe yields 6 to 8 servings

Directions

  1. Combine peanuts and parsley in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine cheeses, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce in large bowl. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Form chilled cheese mixture into ball shape. Roll in peanut and parsley mixture.

You've really got to like bleu cheese, but if you do, this one's for you! This recipe got rave reviews from the bleu cheese fans at the party, and "not so hot" from the less hearty!

I gave this recipe 4 stars because I stupidly only put half the blue cheese in it that was called for. I thought 8 oz. sounded like too much but I don't think it would be. I will definately try the recipe again with the proper amount of blue cheese in it.
