  1. Stir together the honey, peanut butters, soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

Very good recipe. The only suggestion that I have is that the vinegar is very strong when you first mix it. If you can make it the day before and let it mellow, use all of the vinegar, but if you need to use it right away, I would cut down on the amount of vinegar.

Thanks for the review from RobertaB. She pointed out I forgot a critical ingredient when I posted the recipe to all recipes. The recipe should include 3 TBS of soy sauce I have contacted AllRecipes to have the recipe corrected. I'm not sure how I missed adding this before posting. Thanks for enjoying the recipe.

There are no words for how many times I've tried to make my own version of this and failed miserably. Okay, we can start with "too salty" and "just plain wrong", but after that it's just a mess of tears and failure. THIS RECIPE IS PERFECT. If I had to say that there's anything wrong with it, it's that it's so good, I literally want to put it on everything. In addition to traditional chicken satay, I thin it with a little oil for salad dressing, use it as a dip for chicken nuggets, vegetables, crackers, bread, fingers, the palm of my hand, etc.... Quick lunch? Pour this bad boy sauce into a bowl of cooked spaghetti noodles. Oh yeah, I've done it. And I'll do it again, too.
